舉辦第3屆「太興燒味大胃王終極挑戰賽」，蟬聯今屆冠軍的Johnny Wu於短短的10分鐘鯨吞了12碗半叉燒飯，打破了他去年的8碗半紀錄。
Mr. Johnny Wu became the champion of the game named “The 3rd Tai Hing Roast King Competition (Final)” again. He ate 12.5 bowls BBQ pork rice within 10 minutes, which also broke his last year’s record of 8.5 bowls.

June 8
太興獲香港生產力促進局頒贈「最佳創建品牌企業獎2007（大中華區）」。
Tai Hing was presented “The Best Brand Enterprise Award（2007）” by Hong Kong Productivity Council.

June 7
全港最大燒味主題餐廳 – 太興新世代旗艦店於九龍灣MegaBox隆重開幕。
Tai Hing New Century flagship outlet was opened at MegaBox, Kowloon Bay. It is also the biggest roast theme restaurant in Hong Kong.

Mar 23
集團榮獲廣州日報頒發「港澳優質誠信商號」。
The Group was presented “Integrity Award” by Guangzhou Daily.

Mar 14
太興於飲食天王頒獎典禮2007中獲贈「香港區天王級飲食集團」 及 「我最喜愛的香港區飲食集團」榮譽。
Tai Hing was awarded “King of Hong Kong Restaurant” honor and “The Most Favorite Hong Kong Restaurant Award” by King of Catering Ceremony 2007.

Jan 23
集團榮穫香港品牌發展局頒發「香港服務名牌」。
The Group was presented “Hong Kong Top Service Brand” by Hong Kong Brand Development Council.

Jan 5
集團榮穫僱員再培訓局頒贈第十一屆「僱主金星獎白金大獎」。
The Group was presented “the 11th Employers Gold Star Award – Platinum Award” by Employees Retraining Board.

太興第三年參展工展會，展出【原味●完美】系列罐頭 – 鮮濃羅宋湯、滋味咖喱雞、濃香咖喱牛腩、多蕃茄肉醬，人氣產品 – 罐裝港式奶茶，以及自家製臘腸等。
It is the third times for Tai Hing being the exhibitor of the 41st Brands & Products Expo, with products presented including: Canned Borsch, Canned Chicken, Canned Beef Brisket, Minced Beef, Canned Milk Tea and Chinese Sausage.
