History

Mr. Ken Chan founded Tai Hing Roast Restaurant Group in 1989. It was first a small fast-food shop offering merely siu-mei products. A decade after however, the Group was reformed to be a roast food theme restaurant chain. Stepped forward to 1998, manager-to-run-outlet system was set up and so is the Sales & Operation Department on an enterprise-basis. Plus, several back office departments further established including Central Pantry & Production, Purchasing, R&D, Marketing, Audit and Logistic Department.

Nowadays, Tai Hing outlets scattered around HK Island, Kowloon, New Territories and even Mainland China. We offer not only siu-mei food but also various tasty HK-style cafe food and fusion cuisine blended with multinational flavors. And not to forget traditional dishes (i.e. Year Round Basin Dish, Chinese Sausage), institutional catering food, non-traditional mooncakes and canned milk tea are another products to seize new markets.
