5S (Structurise, Systematise,
Sanitise, Standardise & Self- discipline)
is the practice recognized by HKSAR to achieve
highest standard of Service, Quality, Productivity
and Image in a bid to keep 1st class working environment.
Tai Hing practices 5S since late 02 to
fully enhance efficiency in terms of outlet management
and hygienic condition (injuries decreased by
90%).
The whole Group of Tai Hing Roast Restaurant (including back office, central kitchen and all restaurants) passed the 5S certificate tests in January of 2005.
